- I am a Demographer/Bio-Statistician with a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Population Studies (with specialization in young women’s reproductive health issues) from International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai, India (2002). Received UGC and Ford foundation fellowships for the doctoral work.
- Prior to my doctoral degree in Population Studies, I have completed Master’s Degree in Population Studies (Demography) from IIPS Mumbai, India (1995).
- Completed advance certificate courses in Bio-Statistics (“Advance Statistics for Life Sciences” and “Statistics and R for the Life Sciences”) from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health;
- Completed “Advance Specialization in Data Sciences” from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
- Successfully completed certificate courses in Global Health topics (1- M&E Fundamentals; 2 - Gender M&E and 3- Knowledge Management (KM) in Global Health Programs) from Global Health e-Learning Center, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
